The Deke Edition is wonderfully complex. It has floral, vanilla, and malted grain on the nose. It has a black pepper, leather, and dark chocolate flavor and it finishes smooth with a bit of clove-like spice. Whiskey Club Release!

NOSE: Pear Blossom, dried apple, leather, allspice, clove

TASTE: White and milk chocolate, fall leaf smoke, brown sugar and quince

FINISH: baked apples, gingerbread, clove and allspice

BASE SPIRIT: Distilled from a blend of organic 2-row & organic crystal malts.

THE WATER: We only use local water that flows to us from the surrounding Northern Rocky Mountain peaks. The water is high in mineral content and as pure as water can come.
